Saging is performed by lighting a sage or smudge stick, the smoke is used to wash/cleanse negativity around you and removes any unwanted spiritual attachments.

Remote healing is a simple and effective way to send healing to the recipient by using visualization and a picture. Long distance healing is sent across time and space.
